FAQ

Everything Boca flyers ask us

Thirteen questions that cover nearly every booking. Anything else, dispatch answers on (561) 209-5466 around the clock.

How long does the drive from MIA to Boca Raton take?

Plan on 50 to 65 minutes for most of Boca Raton and up to 70 minutes for the far-west communities along Palmetto Park Road. The distance is about 43 to 50 miles depending on your neighborhood, and we route via I-95 or Florida's Turnpike based on live traffic at departure time.

How much does a car from Miami Airport to Boca cost?

Airport transfers start at $89 for a Business sedan to central Boca neighborhoods like Boca Del Mar or the FAU area, rising to $99 for the farthest West Boca communities. The quote is generated instantly when you enter your exact addresses, and it includes tolls, airport fees and standard waiting time.

Why book a car to Boca from MIA instead of FLL?

You often should fly FLL when the route exists - but MIA carries far more international service and many nonstops that Fort Lauderdale simply does not offer. If the flight you need leaves from Miami, our fixed fare makes the extra distance predictable instead of painful.

Will the driver wait if my flight is delayed?

Yes. We track your flight from departure, so the driver is scheduled against the real arrival time, not the original one. On top of that, 60 minutes of waiting is included on international arrivals and 30 minutes on domestic ones before anything changes on the fare.

Where does the driver meet me at Miami International?

Inside the arrivals hall, at your baggage claim exit, holding a board with your name. The driver helps with luggage and walks you to the car - no calling around a chaotic curb. Curbside pickup is available instead if you prefer it; just say so at booking.

Can you handle my gated community entrance?

Yes, and it matters in Boca. For communities like Boca West, Broken Sound or Boca Pointe we submit driver and vehicle details for the gatehouse visitor list ahead of time, so your arrival is a wave-through rather than a midnight phone call to the guard.

Do you provide child seats?

We do - request them during booking and they are installed before the car arrives. Rear-facing infant, forward-facing toddler and booster seats are all available at no meaningful markup, because West Boca family trips are a core part of what we do.

What happens if I land very late at night?

Nothing different. Dispatch runs 24/7, drivers cover every MIA arrival bank including the late Latin America and Europe flights, and fixed fares do not change by hour. A 1 a.m. arrival costs the same as a 1 p.m. one.

How early should I book a pickup for a departure from Boca?

Book as soon as you have flights; we confirm your driver the evening before travel. For pickup timing, we calculate backwards from your check-in time using live MIA security and traffic data - typically leaving Boca about 2.5 hours before a domestic departure and 3 to 3.5 hours before an international one.

Can I set up regular bookings if I fly every month?

That is our favorite kind of client. A household account keeps your addresses, gate codes, vehicle preference and payment on file - repeat bookings take under a minute, family members ride on the same terms, and the fare structure stays identical trip after trip.

Which vehicle should I choose for a family of five with luggage?

The Business SUV - six passengers and six full-size bags with room to spare. If you are traveling as a larger group or with season-scale luggage, the Sprinter Van takes fourteen of each. Both are bookable with child seats fitted in advance.

Do you also drive from Boca Raton back to MIA?

Yes - roughly half our trips run southbound. Most clients book the round trip in one go: arrival transfer plus return pickup, each with its own flight number, both at fixed fares. One confirmation covers the whole journey.

Is the price really final - no extras at the end?

The quote you accept covers the vehicle, driver, fuel, tolls, airport fees and the included waiting time. The only things that add cost are changes you request, like an extra stop or an upgraded vehicle. Gratuity is optional and entirely at your discretion.
