The service

These terms govern bookings made through miabocaraton.com, a private ground transportation service operated by FG Twelve LLC, 1221 Brickell Avenue, Suite 900, Miami, FL 33131, USA (“we”, “us”). By confirming a booking you accept these terms.

Quotes and fares

Fares are quoted before booking and fixed at confirmation. The quoted fare includes the vehicle, driver, fuel, tolls, airport fees and the stated waiting time allowance (30 minutes on standard pickups, 60 minutes on international airport arrivals). Additional stops, route changes, vehicle upgrades or waiting beyond the included allowance may incur additional charges, which we will communicate before applying where practical.

Bookings and confirmation

A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation reference. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details provided, including flight numbers, addresses, passenger counts and luggage. Vehicle capacity limits (passengers and luggage) must be respected; if the party exceeds the booked vehicle’s capacity we may substitute or add a vehicle at the applicable fare.

Flight tracking and pickup times

For airport pickups tied to a flight number, we monitor the flight and adjust the pickup time at no charge. For non-airport pickups, the vehicle waits 15 minutes beyond the booked time before the trip may be treated as a no-show.

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup are free of charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged in part or in full depending on vehicle class and timing. No-shows are charged in full. To cancel or amend, use the contact details on your confirmation.

Conduct and safety

Seat belts must be worn. Child passengers must use appropriate child restraints, which we provide when requested at booking. Smoking and vaping are not permitted in vehicles. We may refuse or terminate carriage, without refund, where passenger behavior endangers the driver, vehicle or other passengers.

Liability

We are liable for the transportation service as provided under applicable Florida law. We are not liable for consequential losses such as missed flights, cruises or connections arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including extreme traffic incidents, weather and road closures. Our recommendation on departure timing is advisory; final responsibility for choosing a departure time rests with the passenger.

Lost property

Found items are logged with dispatch. Contact us with your booking reference and we will arrange return; delivery costs may apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes are subject to the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
